    The competition is hosted by Perth Wargames Club (PWC) and supported by the British Historical Games Society (BHGS).

    Entries and army lists are required by no later than Friday 14th November 2008.

    The "Old Glory Geezer" will be presented to, and retained by, the winning player for one year.
    The Saltire jersey will be presented to the Saturday night leader.
    The BHGS will also supply and present trophies to the highest placed player and the 2nd and 3rd highest placed individual players.

    Entry Fees and Conditions

    The entry fee is £ 25 per person.   This will include all lunches and snacks.
    Entry fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
    Cheques should be made payable to "BHGS".

    Competition Information

    Table sizes are 6' x 4'.

    Measurement is by imperial (in inches).

    Players must be present and ready to start each match at the appointed time.   Where players have a reasonable reason for arriving late the match start will be delayed for up to 15 minutes. After this period has elapsed the affected player will be awarded a bye and maximum points.

    If a player resigns from a game at any stage after the pre battle initiative up dice have been rolled, their opponent will be awarded maximum points.

    Players must provide their own terrain.

    Time will be called after 3 and a half hours plus a 1 - 15 minute random factor.   The random element will be determined by the umpire prior to the start of the round and will not be revealed until the announcement is made.
    Matches will continue until the end of the turn of the player who moved second.
